- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Certain items, such as custom or made-to-order products, may not be eligible for return.

- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return the item.

- Ship the Item: Send the item back to us using the shipping method provided in the return instructions.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
